For working realtors. Early access.
An AI assistant that comes to you, between showings.
Plugs into Gmail, Calendar, and Drive, read-only, and handles triage, comps, and follow-ups so you stay with clients.
Why we built this
Your deals live in six places at once.
You're an individual agent, not a brokerage with an ops team. The context for a single deal (lead, client, calendar, files, email, and phone) is scattered across the tools you already use, and keeping it together is unpaid work that eats your evenings.
-
Your inbox
new leads, lender threads, and the reply you meant to send yesterday.
-
Your calendar
showings that shift, inspections, and the closing you can't miss.
-
Your phone
calls and texts that never make it back into your notes.
-
Your drive
contracts, disclosures, and photos spread across folders and attachments.
Brokerage platforms answer this by asking you to move your day onto their dashboard. The assistant works the other way: it fits around how you already work, so nothing about your routine has to change.

What the assistant is
-
Built for the individual agent.
Not for brokerages. Your workflow, your contacts, your day. We fit around how you already work.
-
Plugs into Gmail, Calendar, and Drive.
Read-only, low lock-in. Connect what you already use; revoke access anytime.
-
Async by default. Push, don't wait.
Comps, triage, and follow-ups happen in the background, then surface as a short morning briefing.
Trust is earned, never assumed
You decide how far it goes.
Every permission level is something you configure on purpose. The boundaries are enforced in the product itself: what the assistant can do is set by code and your settings, not by a promise in a prompt.
-
Start here
It observes.
Read-only from day one. It watches the deal context, triages your inbox, and surfaces what needs you, without touching anything.
-
When you're ready
It drafts.
You let it prepare replies, reminders, and summaries. Nothing leaves your hands; you review and send.
-
Only if you choose
It acts within limits.
Narrow send or edit permissions come later, and only for the specific actions you turn on.
Today it observes and drafts. It does not send email, send texts, or make edits on its own. Those stay off until you explicitly turn them on, level by level.
Whole-deal visibility
It meets the tools where the deal already lives.
The goal isn't another place to log in. It's one assistant that can see across the channels a deal moves through, starting with the Google Workspace tools you use every day.
Connected first
- Gmail Inbox triage and the threads behind each deal, read-only to start.
- Calendar Showings, inspections, and closings, so timing never slips through.
- Drive Contracts, disclosures, and photos, connected to the deal they belong to.
Where this is going
- More of your work stack Support for the broader set of tools where deal flow lives is a direction we're building toward, not a checklist we're finished with.
- A dedicated work number A separate number to keep business calls and texts apart from your personal line is a planned direction, somewhere ahead, not something to switch on today.
Where we are
Early, honest, and built in the open with real agents.
We're pre-launch, and we'd rather tell you that plainly than dress it up. Here's the honest state of things.
-
Shaped with working agents
We're building alongside practicing residential agents, against their real daily workflow, not a hypothetical one.
-
Founder-led and close to the work
Decisions are made by people who sit with the actual problem, not a roadmap committee.
-
Early access on purpose
We're keeping the first group small so we can get the details right before we open it wider.
Questions
The honest answers.
-
Can I use it today?
Not yet. This is a waitlist. We'll email you when we open the beta. There's no signup, dashboard, or trial to start right now.
-
What does it actually do at first?
It observes. It reads the deal context across your connected tools, triages your inbox, and surfaces what needs you. Drafting comes next, once you turn it on.
-
Will it email or text people for me?
Only if you decide to allow it, one permission at a time. It starts read-only and never sends or edits on its own until you explicitly configure that.
-
What about a separate work number?
A dedicated work number to keep business and personal communications apart is a direction we're planning, not a feature you can switch on today.
-
What happens to my email when I join?
We only ask for your email, and we use it to tell you when early access opens. No account is created, and we keep it minimal.
-
Is this built for brokerages?
No. It's built for the individual agent's daily workflow. It fits around the tools you already use instead of moving you onto a brokerage platform.
