Agentic Quartz ("we", "us") operates agenticquartz.com and the Agent Realtor product, a communication and assistant platform for licensed real estate agents. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Waitlist: the email address you submit to join the waitlist.
• Product accounts: name, email address, phone number, and business details you provide during onboarding.
• Messages: the content and metadata of communications sent and received through the platform, including SMS messages, so that agents and their clients can view their conversation history.

How we use information

We use this information to provide and operate the service, deliver messages between real estate agents and their clients, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

SMS and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages (for example, our SMS carrier infrastructure provider).

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with your agent. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.

Call recording and transcription

Calls placed to or through an agent's work number are recorded and transcribed by default so the agent's assistant has conversation context. You may opt out of recording at any time by telling your agent; that opt-out applies to you. Transcripts are retained until you or the agent requests deletion, unless law requires a longer retention period.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run the service (such as hosting, email delivery, and SMS delivery providers), or when required by law.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP at any time.
