The service

Agent Realtor is a communication and assistant platform for licensed real estate agents. Agents use it to manage client conversations, including text messaging. You are responsible for the content of the messages you send and for complying with applicable law when contacting clients.

SMS messaging terms

• Program description: conversational text messages between real estate agents and their clients about showings, listings, offers, transaction paperwork, and scheduling.
• Message frequency varies based on your conversation with your agent.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
• Help: reply HELP or email support@agenticquartz.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile information is handled.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, or to message people who have not consented to be contacted. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentic Quartz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
